VALUATION FOR I.F.R.S PURPOSES 

To estimate the Fair Market Value of the property portfolio of each group which includes vacant building plots, offices, retail and industrial/warehouse properties all over Cyprus for each fiscal year in order to comply with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and internal audit procedures.

VALUATION FOR FINANCE PURPOSES 

Preparation of Market Value reports for finance and collateral guarantee purposes.

EUROPEAN COURT VALUATIONS

To estimate the Market Value of properties in northern Cyprus which have been under Turkish military control since 1974 on behalf of Greek – Cypriot property owners who had sought remedy from the European Court of Human Rights.The purpose of such valuations is to estimate the market value of the properties and the loss of use from 1974 up until the valuation date as a result of their illegal occupation by Turkey.

  • A unified commercial building site measuring 8.094m² in Limassol Avenue – Nicosia town worth > €31.000.000                                                                                              
  • A five star Hotel with a capacity of 144 rooms measuring 10.950m² standing on a building site with an area of 7.821m²in Limassol Coastal Avenue – Limassol town worth > €25.000.000                                                                                                      

  •   A coastal touristic plot measuring 7.424m² in Ayios Tychonas – Limassol town > €14.000.000                                                                                                                 
  • A coastal touristic plot measuring 49.500m² in Softades Village – Larnaca District worth > €14.000.000                                                                                                  

  • An office and retail complex totalling 5.875m² in Arch. Makarios III Av. – Limassol town worth > €10.000.000                                                                                          

  • An office and retail complex measuring 3.550 m²Limassol Avenue – Nicosia town worth > €10.000.000
