AMP ANDREAS PANTAZIS is a professional firm of Chartered Surveyors – Property Consultants –Estate Agents founded in July 1983. The company offers a wide range of professional services in the real estate sector and is one of the most reputable property consultancy firms in Cyprus. It has been active in all Real Estate Activities and Chartered Surveying Practice with links and associates in the UK and Greece and has an excellent track record based on strong professional ethics and a reputation for integrity and quality of service.

Michalis Pantazis, who is the Executive Director of the company, has graduated from Reading University (Land Management Division) and became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (M.R.I.C.S) in November 1994. During the period 1992-1998 he has worked for a number of International Real Estate Consultancy firms in London and in Athens and has joined the firm in March 1997.

The founder, Andreas Pantazis, director of the company, had graduated from the University of London (Estate Management Division) in July 1960 and became a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (F.R.I.C.S) in February 1968. He was formerly the General Manager of Kermia Company (Bank of Cyprus property subsidiary) between 1971-1983 and Head of the Valuation and Estate Department of the Bank of Cyprus and its subsidiaries between 1963-1970.

Both directors of the firm are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Cyprus Technical Chamber (E.T.E.K-Land Division), the Cyprus Council of Registered Estate Agents and of the Cyprus Association of Valuers and Property Consultants.

In June 2008 and in accordance with the provisions of the Estate Agency legislation of the Republic of Cyprus, they have founded AMP ANDREAS PANTAZIS (ESTATE AGENTS) LTD which deals exclusively with estate agency services of commercial, residential and industrial properties and is a member of the Cyprus Council of Registered Estate Agents.
