VALUATION FOR I.F.R.S PURPOSES

EUROPEAN COURT VALUATIONS
To estimate the Market Value of properties in northern Cyprus which have been under Turkish military control since 1974 on behalf of Greek – Cypriot property owners who had sought remedy from the European Court of Human Rights.The purpose of such valuations is to estimate the market value of the properties and the loss of use from 1974 up until the valuation date as a result of their illegal occupation by Turkey.
